6] Make sure correlation is done between your ESD shoes qualifying tester and the compliance tester that you used daily.
7] Make sure the ESD shoes Rtg is relatively stable at different humidity. You may request your ESD shoes supplier to provide you a test report, which is carried out by a reliable Third party source.
8] After the ESD shoes meet your entire company requirement, requests the supplier to send a test report of the ESD shoes for every shipment at least.
